Currently the third largest mall in the United States vendors such as Givenchy and Gucci will soon be included with the sensational new plan that is about to be set into work. The offerings of St. John and Italian apparel will be part of the expansion as well.

By next year Aventura’s new space will include a three-level wing that will cover over 300,000 square feet, according to Jackie Soffer, who oversees Aventura Mall. Bloomingdale’s, Macy’s and Nordstrom are already anchoring the mall that currently includes other sought after names such as Tiffany & Co., and Louis Vuitton. New designs, new vendors and a new fresh atmosphere are all st to join the already exciting mall. Another feature that is set to be added is a breathtaking rooftop garden space.

Already one of the hottest spots in the cities for a day of shopping, the current mall brings in 28 million customers a year to shop the space. Businesses are eyeing closely which stores will be the most popular offerings in the new space. Nearby competition is no worry for the creators of Aventura space. The 500,000 square feet Brickel City Center in Miami has a Saks fifth Avenue and Miami Worldcenter, a $2 billion property that has been reconfigured to offer an open air design will be anchored by its own Bloomingdale’s and Macy’s.

But Aventura, located on exquisite Biscayne Boulevard, will offer more than top of the line clothiers and accessory offerings. Customers who seek the latest in trends and want to get a jump on next seasons hot designs will be able to get their first glimpse of them by perusing the exhilarating window displays of these fine stores. The benefit of being able to find them all in one stop shopping is just one more thrilling attraction of Aventura. In 2017 this shopping venue is definitely set to heat up shopping in the city more than just a little dramatically. All of the best is hitting Miami in one exhilarating spot.
